STAFF CONSULTANTS
Rural Healthcare Solutions is seeking full-time Healthcare Staff Consultants with a proven track record in operational improvement to join our project team.
Responsibilities:

Learning Rural Healthcare Solutions' unique and proprietary methodologies for healthcare operational transformation.

Ensuring successful completion of project deliverables

Working closely in partnership and support of the Senior Consultant in completing key deliverables to our client, including participation in client meetings, training and monitoring hospital staff
-
Providing consistent flawless work product and project deliverables under the supervision of the Senior Consultant

Defining the consulting model required for Rural Healthcare Solutions

Delivering our services in the market

Delivering work product for learning delivery system, Dashboard delivery system, and real time monitoring system under the supervision of the Senior Consultant

Work with Senior Consultant to analyze current process and propose change to existing system to incorporate Best in Class operational performance workflow

Involved with mentoring and coaching during introduction to cultural changes

Interacting with all levels of the client management team to ensure successful completion of the project

Monitor actual performance against schedule
Qualifications:
-
Executive level healthcare experience
-
Intermediate knowledge of ED, Ambulatory Clinic, or Inpatient services and process improvement
-
Experience in managing clients and large scale complex work flow engineering projects
-
Excellent communication skills: written, interviewing, persuasive, selling and presenting
-
Comfortable with using, analyzing and improving innovative software technologies

Ability to multi-task and constantly prioritize and organize
-
Proven ability to generate, analyze, and interpret complex data and concepts
-
Ability and disposition to teach and learn from clients, peers and management
-
External consulting and/or project management, or RN leadership experience are a major plus
-
Understanding of computerized data flow and use of technologies to improve processes preferred
Education:
-
BA, Business or Healthcare Administration from an accredited college or university preferred

Master's Degree in a healthcare field (MPH, MPA, MBA, or equivalent) from an accredited college or university preferred
Technical Skills:
-
Microsoft Word - formatting and editing
-
Microsoft EXCEL - spreadsheets and graphs
-
Microsoft PowerPoint
-
SharePoint and Visio flowcharting a plus
Travel Requirements:
-
You can expect 80% travel during project duration
-
Work is 3-4 days at client site and Friday at home
-
Relocation is NOT required for this position
-
Travel expenses to and from client site, car rental, etc. will be reimbursed in addition to a per diem
