Emergency Department and Observation Care Delivery
RHS services can provide a variety of ED needs, from filling critical staffing shortages, to deploying programs designed to make the ED more efficient, to telehealth EDMD/specialist access, to Observation Unit development, to Trauma Center relationships, to developing or running the quality programs, all the way to an outsourced ED, running and employing the entire Emergency Department.

RHS provides interim and permanent staffing of hospital leadership, providers, nursing team, and support staff. For facilities where Advanced Practice Practioners provide emergency care by themselves, RHS can provide an off-site dedicated emergency physician as a resource for cases that the mid-level would like further emergency consultation.
